AGREEMENT

“NHU” and “OWNER” have agreed upon the following regarding “BOAT”:

Estimated Time of Departure (ETD)

Additional services during stay (see pricelist for tariffs)

Check of bilgesCharging of batteries (connection/disconnection of shore power)Snow removal (to a certain extent and without any responsibility)Gear storage in clubhouseStorage of keys in safe Access to Surveillance Cameras

Mooring Terms*

Berthing in harbour is equal to acceptance of the spirit of“MOORING AGREEMENT” as in "British Waterways Long term moorings terms and conditions original 4p" where NHU should be substituted as harbour owner and local amendments have priority.
If BOAT not departed according to agreement or any invoice not paid, NHU is free to cut electricity and/or sell BOAT or equipment and/or remove BOAT from harbour, without any responsibility towards OWNER.
If BOAT sinking in harbour, OWNER and OWNER’S insurance is responsible for removal of BOAT, pollution and possible repairs of docks.
Any disagreement between NHU and OWNER shall be solved in the local jurisdiction where Norheimsund belong.

Payment Terms*

In accordance with actual price list. Prices are due to adjustments every June.
